A young child cannot hide what they are thinking and feeling inside. You know immediately when they are afraid, excited, sad or surprised. But over time we learn not to show our real thoughts and feelings. Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” Whatever your story, whatever your struggle, the beatitudes invite us all to a ninefold path of recovery. In them, we hear the whispers of another world, a new way of being human together. This film is part of a series of nine that use ideas taken from the Ninefold Path Notebook – part book, part journal, part adventure – exploring the way of the beatitudes.
