Go Deep Not Wide

Spring is here!

The promise of longer evenings and warmth beckons.

It is a time we often think about new growth and beginnings.

Here at OSBD like many we have been doing what we can in the midst of the pandemic to help nurture growth around our key areas of work.
Developing talent and making films that matter. 

We have been slowly, organically and relationally seeing the iTF community grow and find ways to connect and collaborate which is great to see.

We have been able to produce a new short film for the Planet Hope documentary project as well as promote one of our filmmakers films too.

I have been struck recently by the phase ” Go Deep Not Wide”. At OSBD we are more concerned with the quality and impact of our work than by  likes , follows , hits and numbers of people in the iTF community or how many films we have made. We want to commit to go deep into our work and the people we serve.To ensure we can have some lasting impact. It resonates with the way nature works . Roots and soil are so essential to good and lasting growth.
